Subsidiary in Germany to further boost exports

Anmasi A/S and KSN Industri A/S set up a subsidiary in Germany last month, where they have rented some renovated buildings and employed a salesperson to handle the German market.

The reason for this is an ever-growing export to Germany, and the desire to further increase market share by being closer to the market, thereby providing a better service by being locally present.

The collaboration

The market in Germany is significantly larger than in Denmark, and the large car industry in particular is very interesting for both Anmasi A/S and KSN Industri A/S, which both produce washing systems. This new collaboration in Germany will also apply in the long term in Denmark. Where they will collaborate on production, which means that KSN Industri A/S will in the future produce all drum washers, belt washers and larger special plants for the Danish and German markets, as well as other foreign countries.

Anmasi A/S will continue the production of smaller ultrasonic systems, filter systems and oil separators. In addition, Anmasi A/S must function mainly as a sales and service company that offers solutions within the categories of washing plants and filtration plants for Denmark, Germany and the rest of the world.

Starts out hard

The companies plan to participate at the Euroblech fair in Hannover, where they exhibit several different types of their washing systems and filter systems through the new subsidiary. In addition, both companies have already registered for several fairs in Germany in 2017, but also in Denmark, where they show up strongly with their entire range both at the VTM fair and the Industry fair in Herning.

The strategy

It is the goal that we, with the new subsidiary Anmasi GmbH, must invest heavily in the German market, so that through cooperation we can gain a strong position on the market, just like on the Danish market.

In addition, the competences within sales, marketing, ultrasonic cleaning and filtration systems at Anmasi A/S must be combined with the competences that KSN Industri A/S possesses within drum washers, belt washers, special systems, automation and robots so that we can offer solutions for both simple and complicated tasks .

Therefore, through collaboration, the companies will develop solutions that will not only develop new markets, but challenge the solutions and technology that are already in the industry.
