KP. HYBRID
Your solution for degreasing with modified alcohol and hydrocarbons.
Alcohol washer made in a hybrid version, where we can also wash the items with water-based chemistry in a single step if necessary. This is a specially developed machine that is used by customers, where it is necessary that the items are also cleaned with water
The machine is supplied as standard with all alcohol washers with a large equipment package, with a Siemens touch screen, built-in distiller and both washing, rinsing and drying of the items under total vacuum.
The smart control allows the operator to set and select different washing programs and monitor the washing process. In addition, you can purchase a wide range of options such as additional rinsing function, particle filtration, rust protection, ect.
The machine also has a tank that contains water-based chemistry, which can be used for items that required to be washed with water. This is especially so if we have large amounts of in-organic impurities, as with certain types of emulsion. The water-based liquid is replaced by the operator at fixed intervals, as known from standard water-based washing systems.
The module is offered with both a manual and fully automatic loading system, depending on the customer’s needs.
