Endless Bandfilter TME
Our Endless Bandfilte TME is produced in Denmark and developed for continuous filtration of process fluids and oil without the use of filter paper or similar.
This type of bandfilter, with its robust construction, does not use filter paper but instead has a fine mesh band that is available down to 100 microns for filtering the liquid. The band, which is advanced with a gear motor, is kept clean with either compressed air or brushed depending on the customer’s preference and is supplied with a level sensor, electric control and is available in 6 sizes depending on the task.

The hydrostatic band filter is produced in accordance with the European Machine Directive.
"Deep-bed" construction means that we filter large quantities of process fluid in a small area and at the same time have efficient filtration and low operating costs.
The self-cleaning conveyor system is using either brushes or high-pressure air to continuously remove the contamination from the band. The system is almost maintenance free.
