Ultrafiltration

Mechanical separation with membranes, which effectively removes small impurities right down to the molecular level.

The technology is mainly supplied to washing facilities, where we want to remove all impurities except, for example, the soap. Because soap can usually move through the membrane, whereas oil particles, polymer and the like are effectively removed. The advantage of ultrafiltration is that we do not use chemicals for the mechanical separation itself, but only in connection with ongoing maintenance/cleaning.

If you want completely clean and soft water after filtering, it is recommended to use an evaporator.Ultrafiltration, on the other hand, is used where the customer wants to extend the service life of the process fluid and only remove molecules.
