Production of new silent ultrasonic cleaner

Anmasi Group has developed perhaps the most silent ultrasonic cleaner for the industry. The ultrasonic cleaner is called Silent Sonic and operates at only 60 dB, which is a reduction of approximately 30% compared to similar ultrasonic cleaners on the market.

The machine is produced from scratch at our factory in Grindsted, where we handle design, electrical control, and assembly of the machines, which are targeted towards quality-conscious customers.

In addition to being incredibly silent, it is designed with a new cleaning-friendly design with polished surfaces.

Moreover, it is ergonomic, avoiding heavy lifting as an electric actuator moves the workpiece basket up and down the tank after the process is completed. The ultrasonic cleaner is designed so that a fixed lid moves with the actuator, eliminating the need to open and close it.

Production is well underway considering it only started at the end of 2023. We have already delivered 5 units within just 6 months. We have high expectations for this product, as our customers constantly demand ultrasonic cleaners with more focus on noise level and ergonomics – and we believe we have now found the right solution!
