Anmasi: Project with Danfoss

Cleaning quality means everything in our industry, and it was especially at the fore in this project with Danfoss.

THE TASK

Danfoss needed a replacement of their old washing system. Our dialogue with them began at a trade fair back in 2017, where they requested a new facility that reduced maintenance and could meet their new requirements for cleanliness.

The task was to produce a solution for thorough washing of pump housings for oil pumps for residential oil boilers in cast iron. The pump houses require both internal and external washing, and Danfoss was therefore in dialogue with several suppliers to create a solution that was assessed based on cleanliness, quality, sustainability, competences, reliability and economy – Anmasi was chosen on the basis of our competences with the washing concept.

THE SOLUTION:

A fully automatic washing system with two robots from professional partners, which could handle washing the complex casting components in 3-shift operation. The solution also required 5-step cleaning and specially designed band fixtures.
