The reverse osmosis system is available in three standard sizes, but can also be offered in larger versions and tailored to the customer’s needs on request.

Reverse osmosis is a technique that leaves the water totally desalinated. The water becomes completely free of salts, lime and minerals, which makes the washing result absolutely perfect.

High purity requirements and increasing demands on quality place great demands on the mineral content of the water. With a reverse osmosis system, you avoid stains on the item caused by salt, lime and minerals. Our demi-system for water treatment is an economical solution if you, as a customer, want to follow the high purity requirements in the industry without having to invest large sums in reverse osmosis plants.

Water treatment with reverse osmosis

Demineralized water, also called demi water, is ordinary tap water where all minerals have been removed, leaving you with clean water. Demineralized water is often made using ion exchangers such as zeolites, which are found in nature.

The osmosis system is particularly useful in the plastics industry for companies that work in the processing of plastic parts, where the same requirements are often encountered as in the metal industry, where oil, cooling lubricants and plastic shavings are not accepted, while at the same time there are high demands on the surface.

It is also particularly useful in the metal industry, where turning, milling and punching as well as other processing work to remove oil, cooling lubricants, grease, polishing paste, soot and metal chips and where a high quality of the surface must be ensured.

Attractive osmosis systems

Our solution is delivered complete and is easy to install, while also containing everything necessary: softening/pretreatment, membrane pump, buffer tank and stainless feed pump with pressure control. Our system is available in three standard sizes, but can also be offered in larger versions and tailored to your needs on request.

Our features are a buffer tank which is a plastic tank including level regulation in different sizes depending on need. A stainless feed pump with pressure vessel and control to feed the equipment with demineralized water via the pipe string. Pre-treatment including softening with salt storage which extends the life of the membrane and ensures a continuous high quality of the water after treatment.
