The project

Anmasi recently implemented an advanced washing system at a clutch manufacturer in Remscheid, Germany. The new system has an impressive capacity of 700 kg and a loading platform of 1000 x 1000 mm.

The innovative system is designed to eliminate the need for daily or weekly filter replacements as well as daily inspections, thanks to its fully automatic filter system, which includes magnetic filters and oil separators.

This upgrade has reduced downtime for the customer Ortlinghaus and has also ensured consistent washing quality day after day. Previously, daily maintenance was an inevitable part of the process, but with the new setup from Anmasi, this is now a thing of the past.

After the washing process, the items can now be directly transferred to a dipping process for rust protection with oil before the precious clutches are sent to the warehouse. This optimization has resulted in a saving of 1-2 hours of operator time per day with manual loading.

With the new fully automatic washing system, Ortlinghaus has achieved a significant improvement in their production process, which will have positive long-term effects on their efficiency and product quality.
