Publication of the 2025 ESG Report

UPDATED 04/07/2026
We are proud to announce that ANMASI A/S has just completed our 2025 ESG report. This is only the second time we have published a report of this kind. Therefore, there are still areas where we can improve, and our reporting will continue to evolve in the coming years.

The purpose of this report is to provide a broader picture of ANMASI than just its financial results. It offers insight into how we address social issues, responsible operations, and our efforts regarding climate and the environment. The report is intended as an open and honest review of where we stand today—and it also highlights the areas where we can continue to strengthen our efforts moving forward. Our goal is to expand our reporting by 2027 to include all companies in the ANMASI Group , so that FILCO’s activities are also presented.

This year, we’ve had the pleasure of having SustainBusiness join us on this journey. A big thank you for the great collaboration, as well as the valuable feedback and professional input throughout the entire process.

Highlights from the report

The 2025 ESG Report highlights a year of significant progress in ANMASI A/S’s work on responsible business operations. There has been an increased focus on collecting and organizing ESG data, which has strengthened the foundation for future reporting and development. Throughout the year, workshops with employees and management have resulted in concrete and measurable goals for 2026. The report also highlights an organization characterized by strong commitment and high employee well-being, which has had a positive impact on this year’s results. There is also a growing demand from customers and business partners for documentation of ESG initiatives. This underscores the importance of increased transparency in the company’s work. Overall, the report reflects a strengthened and more structured ESG effort that lays the foundation for further development in the coming years.

"That is why we in management can look back on 2025 with great pride and satisfaction. These results have been achieved through a strong sense of community and a high level of commitment throughout the organization, and this gives us a solid foundation for our continued development."

Selected figures from the report

  • Total CO2 Emissions for Scope 1 & 2
In 2025, ANMASI A/S had total Scope 1 and 2 CO₂ emissions of 82.04 tCO₂e. This represents an increase compared to 2024, when emissions totaled 55.77 tCO₂e. The increase is due, among other things, to the integration of Envotherm’s operations on the ANMASI A/Sproperty, as well as general growth in the company’s activities. This trend should also be viewed in the context of increased revenue, where emissions naturally follow the company’s growth and increased production levels.
  • Our Apprentices and Students
At ANMASI A/S , we are proud that 14.3% of our workforce consists of apprentices and trainees. Currently, we have a sales trainee in the office and an apprentice in the electrical department. We view these young talents as an important part of our future growth, as they bring new perspectives, energy, and a thirst for knowledge. At the same time, they help create a healthy balance in the workplace and foster a culture characterized by learning, development, and knowledge sharing.
  • Highest Governing Body
The senior management body consists of four partners, one of whom is now a woman, while the rest are men. This marks a change in the composition of the leadership compared to 2024, when the senior management body consisted exclusively of men. The role of management is to set the strategic direction and ensure that the company’s values, mission, and vision are translated into concrete action within the organization. Each partner has a clearly defined area of responsibility, and the firm actively works to ensure visible and accessible leadership to provide clarity and direction in day-to-day operations.

📍The goals for 2026 are clear

In 2026, ANMASI A/S will continue its efforts to strengthen our ESG initiatives across environmental, social, and governance areas. We have established a number of specific goals to support our ambition of becoming a more responsible, efficient, and future-proof company. Our focus is on reducing our environmental footprint, strengthening employee development, and further improving our internal processes and supplier management.

Goals for 2026:

  • Achieve ISO 14001 certification in 2026
  • Install more solar panels and set up battery storage to increase the share of self-generated renewable energy
  • Increase the proportion of hybrid and electric vehicles in the company's fleet of company cars
  • Reduce the consumption of newly drawn water for testing activities by reusing treated wastewater from customers
  • Maintain the current number of apprentices and students or attract 1–2 more
  • Continued focus on optimizing and standardizing internal processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Further develop the company's Code of Conduct for suppliers

In conclusion, the initiative in 2026 should be viewed as a natural next step in our ongoing efforts to integrate ESG throughout the organization. We have a clear ambition to create a more energy-efficient and responsible business that supports both growth and long-term value creation.
