ZLD stands for Zero Liquid Discharge —a wastewater treatment technology that removes all contaminants from the water. The treated water can be reused over and over again. Using a ZLD evaporator optimizes wastewater treatment while conserving valuable resources.

ENVOTHERM’s systems use advanced evaporation to remove all contaminants from industrial wastewater, making it possible to reuse up to 98% of the water. Thanks to the patented E•MVR, the system operates continuously and recycles heat internally, reducing energy consumption by up to 66%. This makes it one of the most efficient and resource-saving solutions on the market.

EMVR e technology
E-MVR is ENVOTHERM’s patented technology for efficient and cost-effective wastewater evaporation. With E-MVR , you have an advanced and reliable technology that ensures your efficiency for many years to come.

E-MVR technology separates your wastewater into two fractions: a concentrate (2–10%) and a distillate (90–98%). As the only provider on the market, we guarantee the purity of your distillate—which means you are guaranteed to be able to reuse your treated process water again and again in your production. E-MVR technology typically reduces the volume of wastewater requiring disposal by 90–98%, depending on the amount of solids in your wastewater.
