A washing system with a rotating basket is designed specifically to handle difficult cleaning tasks where there are exceptionally high standards for the cleanliness of the items.
Our Rotoline series of rotary basket washing systems is designed for cleaning both small and large complex parts and can be used for both small and large production runs.
The basket rotates 360 degrees during the washing process, ensuring effective cleaning of the items. When washing particularly sensitive items, it is also possible to run a wash cycle with either gentle rocking or complete stoppage of the basket. The washing system has a capacity of up to 150 kg per basket, even while the items are rotating.
