Removal of paint, varnish, epoxy, and adhesive residue

Effective Chemical Stripping
ANMASI Group For several years, we have supplied both washing systems and chemicals for stripping powder coatings and liquid paints. Our customers include both manufacturers of parts who handle the painting process themselves and companies specializing in surface treatment. We have experience with both standard and custom systems and provide advice on material selection, techniques, and procedures for removing paint, varnish, epoxy, and adhesive residues.
All of our solutions are based on a combination of cleaning equipment and chemicals to achieve optimal results. This combination makes it possible to remove even stubborn deposits using relatively mild chemicals compared to many alternative solutions.
The customers we work with use our solutions, among other things, to strip hooks, hangers, and fixtures in paint shops, as well as to remove paint and clear coat from improperly painted parts and rims so they can be repainted.
Our Solutions
ANMASI Group consists of three specialized brands, each of which can function as a standalone solution or be integrated into a single, comprehensive process. When the solutions are combined, we call it a circular process solution.
This means that the wash water can be filtered and evaporated, after which it is returned to the washing system and reused over and over again.

Experience with stripping
Stripping is a complex process that requires an experienced partner with knowledge of both cleaning systems and chemicals. How mild the chemicals can be depends entirely on the types of varnish, adhesive, epoxy, and paint that need to be removed.
There are also more universal solutions that can handle virtually all types of paint. These are often used by surface treatment companies that work with a wide variety of customers and materials.
The advantage of chemical stripping compared to methods such as sandblasting and incineration is that the surface of the workpiece is not worn down or damaged, while operating costs can often be reduced.
Customer Case Study:
Effective paint removal with AFL Frontloader
At a customer site in Sweden, AFL ’sFrontloader washer has demonstrated its effectiveness in stripping and removing paint, adhesive, and epoxy. In the video, Anders demonstrates how the customer’s two Spray washers units deliver excellent cleaning results on filters from a paint line. Using a cleaning solution consisting of 75% water and only 25% chemicals, the liquid paint is effectively removed, resulting in clean filters and significantly reduced chemical consumption.
