Through-feed washers for continuous industrial cleaning
Continuous-flow washers are designed for the continuous cleaning of workpieces directly on the production line. Instead of handling the workpieces manually between machining and washing, they are automatically transported through the washing system.
At ANMASI Group , we offer continuous-flow washers, such as conveyor washers and drum washers. Both types use flushing as the primary cleaning technology, but the way the parts are handled through the system differs.
Continuous washers can be configured with multiple process steps, such as washing, rinsing, and drying, and can be equipped with various options, including Filtration systems, automatic chemical dosing, and an oil separator.
Beltline - our most popular model
Beltline – flexible Belt washer
Beltline It transports the workpieces through the washing system on a conveyor belt, a chain conveyor, or a workpiece fixture. This ensures gentle handling and makes the belt washer suitable for many different types of workpieces.
The conveyor belt washer can be adapted to the size and shape of the parts and can also be combined with other cleaning technologies, such as ultrasonic cleaning, if the task requires it.
At ANMASI Group , we supply both standardized and custom-designed continuous washers that can be integrated into existing or new production lines.
Whether you need a flexible Belt washer for various workpieces or a tumbler for large quantities of small components, we’ll help you find the right solution for your production.

Washing, rinsing, and drying in a single process
The continuous-flow washer can be configured with multiple process stages so that the parts undergo a complete cleaning process within the same system.
Depending on the project, the facility may include, for example:
Washing – effective removal of oil, grease, cooling lubricants, and other contaminants.
Rinsing – removal of cleaning chemical residues from the items.
Drying – removing water and moisture before the workpieces move on to the next stage of production.
In addition, the system can be equipped with, for example ,Filtration systems, automatic chemical dosing, an oil separator, a ventilation system, and pH and conductivity measurement.
Advantages of a Through-Flow Washer
The items are washed continuously so that production does not have to stop for manual handling and cleaning.
Continuous-flow washers are well-suited for large quantities of parts and mass production, where many components need to be cleaned in a short amount of time.
The system can be installed between processing steps or as a final rinse prior to quality control and packaging.
Transport and cleaning are automated, which reduces the need for manual handling.
