Pharmaline The washing system is designed specifically for the pharmaceutical and electronics industries. The system is supplied in accordance with industry standards and can be customized to meet the customer's needs.
The system is constructed of the highest-quality stainless steel and meets all requirements for surface roughness on welds, joints, and surfaces. All welds and materials are fully documented, as required by the pharmaceutical industry.
The system is delivered fully calibrated with accompanying certificates and features an advanced control system that supports data tracking, reporting, and communication with external production systems. This ensures that the customer can document the process each individual part has undergone during operation.
Pharmaline The washing system is available in both manual and fully automatic versions. Standard equipment includes wash and rinse cycles as well as hot-air or vacuum drying, depending on the type of items to be washed.
