Our products are well-suited for the plastics industry and companies involved in the machining of plastic parts, where the requirements are often the same as those in Metal industry —involving oil, cooling lubricants, and plastic chips—and where there are high standards for surface finish. They are also suitable for companies engaged in turning, milling, and punching, as well as other machining operations at Metal industry , for removing oil, cooling lubricants, grease, polishing paste, soot, and metal chips, where high surface quality standards are also required.
Choosing the Right Paint Remover
When it comes to paint removal in industrial settings, it is crucial to choose a paint stripper that is both effective and gentle on machinery and surfaces. There are various types of paint strippers available that can remove everything from epoxy, lacquer, and powder coatings to water-based paints. Choosing the right solution depends on factors such as the material to be treated, the type of paint, and the safety requirements of the work environment. An effective paint remover for industrial washing systems not only ensures a clean surface but also extends the service life of both machinery and production equipment by minimizing wear and damage.
An important factor to consider is whether the paint remover is compatible with the material to be treated . Certain solvents can be too harsh and damage surfaces such as aluminum, plastic, or stainless steel. Therefore, it is important to choose a paint remover with the right chemical composition tailored to the specific materials. In addition, environmental factors should be taken into account, as many companies seek to reduce the use of harmful chemicals and minimize their carbon footprint.
Paint removers and industrial washing systems
Industrial paint-removal washing systems are a practical and cost-effective solution for companies that frequently need to clean large quantities of equipment and machine parts. By using paint removers in combination with automated washing systems, you can achieve consistent and effective cleaning without the need for manual scrubbing. These systems ensure precision cleaning, removing paint from every nook and cranny to deliver a smooth and thoroughly cleaned surface.
In addition to efficiency, paint stripping systems give companies a high degree of control over the process. By adjusting the temperature, pressure, and duration within the system, the paint removal process can be tailored to each specific task, reducing the need for repeated treatments and increasing productivity. Industrial washing systems are also designed to handle demanding cleaning tasks on a large scale, making them ideal for production lines and factories that work with complex or highly specialized items.
Safety and Environmental Considerations
When working with paint removers in industrial settings, safety and consideration for employees, treatment facilities, and the surrounding environment are an important part of the process. Therefore, it is crucial to choose the right chemical solution and use it correctly in the washing system.
We focus on finding and developingthe most effective product for each specific task —based on your materials, paint residues, and your cleaning system. For us, it’s not just about supplying chemicals; it’s about ensuring that you use the right solution for your production and your cleaning system.
By adjusting the chemicals, temperature, time, and other process parameters, it is possible to achieve good cleaning results while using as few chemicals as possible. This can also help reduce the amount of waste and the burden on the treatment process.
In industrial washing facilities, closed systems can also limit employees’ exposure to chemicals and vapors. Filtration and proper handling of process fluids can likewise contribute to more efficient use of chemicals and less waste.
We therefore focus on the entire process rather than just the individual product. Chemicals and washing systems must function as a single, integrated solution, with the goal of achieving effective cleaning results, low chemical consumption, and gentle treatment of workpieces, equipment, and the surrounding environment.
