We specialize in ATEX Zone 2 washing systems for cleaning workpieces with flammable liquids. The system was developed with a focus on high safety, effective cleaning, and flexible use, and can be used with both solvents and alcohol with a flash point as low as 12 °C.
The system combines ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, and drying into a single integrated solution and is available with both manual and automatic operation. It is particularly widespread in the 3D printing industry for cleaning SLA-printed parts made of epoxy and acrylic resin, but can be used for any process requiring cleaning with flammable liquids.
With a comprehensive range of standard equipment and well-designed safety features, the system can be delivered as either a standard or custom solution, depending on the customer’s specific needs and process.
