Curatech NE 160 is a mild alkaline cleaning solution that provides temporary corrosion protection / rust protection.  

This product is used for degreasing workpieces in Metal industry and is particularly well-suited for rinse washing because it produces little foam. Effective on both cooling lubricants and oil. It has excellent demulsifying properties that easily separate oil from water. The product can be used on all metals and plastics and provides rust protection. 

This product is used to degrease workpieces after hardening and machining in a Spray washer or ultrasonic cleaner. This product is extremely effective and highly demulsifying —a necessary property for removing curing oil. Very good demulsifying properties that easily separate the oil from the wash water and ensure excellent results in your washing system for several months make this soap unique. Silicate-free products that leave surfaces looking beautiful and shiny.

This product provides powerful rust protection and is foam-free. Please note that this product can be used on all metals and is biodegradable. 

This product is used for degreasing workpieces via a rinse cycle and is not subject to labeling requirements, which means it is very gentle. It is excellent for removing emulsions, cooling lubricants, and minor traces of oil from new workpieces in production. This is one of the most environmentally friendly products on the market, gentle on both the work environment and your workpieces. Developed for rinse washing, it contains no silicates, which means you avoid deposits and the workpieces emerge with a beautiful, shiny surface after washing.

This product is demulsifying and easily separates oils from the wash water, ensuring good results in your washing system for several months. Please note that the product is biodegradable and can be used on all materials. It can be used at low temperatures without forming foam. This means you achieve consistently low water and chemical consumption.

This product is used for degreasing workpieces through rinse washing and ultrasonic cleaning. It is a silicate-free product that prevents deposits on workpieces, leaving them with a beautiful, shiny surface. It can be used on all metals and alkali-resistant plastics. The product provides effective rust protection. It works exceptionally well on workpieces after punching, polishing, lapping, and similar operations where there are many particles.

The product is used for degreasing in Spray washer and ultrasonic cleaners to remove cooling lubricants, oil, and grease on cast iron, steel, and stainless steel. Suitable for both new parts and for the maintenance of engine parts, machinery, and similar items. Do not use this product on aluminum or brass. A non-foaming soap suitable for use at low temperatures in rinse tanks and ultrasonic cleaning systems.

Please note that this product does not provide rust protection; therefore, it is recommended only for car washes with a passivation rinse zone.

This product is used for degreasing in Spray washer and ultrasonic cleaners to remove emulsions, oil, pigments, grease, and soot. A universal product containing silicates that provide short-term corrosion protection. Suitable for all metals and alkali-resistant plastics. A universal product for washing systems, ideal for engine parts, carburetors, and similar components in machine shops. Particularly suitable for large amounts of oil and grease.

Curatech TA 7060 is designed for cleaning cast iron, steel, and stainless steel in combination with rinsing or ultrasonic cleaning.  

This product is used for degreasing in Spray washer and ultrasonic cleaners to remove oil, wax, and similar substances after machining, polishing, lapping, and grinding. It is ideal for new workpieces and produces minimal foam. Note: May only be used on steel, cast iron, and stainless steel. 

Degreasing after machining to remove coolant, oil, and polishing paste. Commonly used in Metal industry, polishing, lapping, and degreasing new workpieces. 

Curatech TS 8109 is extremely effective on aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.  

This product is used to degrease workpieces to remove cooling lubricants, pigments, and lime. It is particularly well-suited for use with emulsions and polishing pastes. It works very well on new workpieces after machining and removes the oxide layer, allowing for subsequent welding and surface treatment of aluminum workpieces. Please note that this product may only be used in stainless steel machines, and we recommend rinsing the workpieces after cleaning. 

This product is most effective when used in combination with Spray washer or ultrasonic cleaning. It is frequently used in Metal industry, manufacturing facilities, degreasing applications, and the food and pharmaceutical industries.  

Curatech PA 266 is an effective corrosion- and rust-inhibiting chemical product suitable for surface treatment of workpieces in washing systems. The product is suitable for steel, iron, stainless steel, copper, and brass. The product produces little foam and is added to the rinse stage of the washing system.

The product has no adverse effect on the surface, so workpieces can subsequently be powder-coated, painted, glued, galvanized, and cured without any problems. The product is therefore one of the best methods for cleaning prior to surface treatment, as it generally leaves no residue after treatment in rinse, ultrasonic, or immersion tank washing systems.  

Please note that the items must be dried immediately after treatment before being packaged or similar. If handled correctly, the items can remain temporarily protected for up to 3–6 months in dry storage. 

This product is used for rust protection of metal parts in washing systems. It is added to the rinse stage of the washing system after the parts have been degreased. These are low-foaming chemical products that can operate at low temperatures. Surfaces can be painted and glued after treatment when used at the correct dosage. The product is highly concentrated; therefore, it is recommended to use an automatic chemical dosing system in all washing systems that use this product. Note that the product can be used on all metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics.
