Our high-quality belt filters are made of stainless steel. They are primarily used to filter coolant lubricants, oils, and process fluids from cleaning systems and CNC machines.

Level Sensor
A digital level sensor ensures precise use of filter paper.
Frequency-controlled
A frequency-controlled gear motor enables smooth and slow feeding of the filter paper.
Analog Control Cabinet
The belt filter has a control cabinet with indicator lights that provide information about the status of the filter paper and any alarms.
Overflow Monitoring
Built-in overflow monitoring ensures that, in the event of an overflow, the bypass channel directs the liquid through the filter instead of allowing it to overflow.

The belt filters are manufactured in various sizes depending on customer needs and can filter up to 600 liters per minute. The belt filters use filter paper, which is available in different types depending on the application. The belt filters can be used separately as stand-alone units or as an integrated component of larger filtration systems.
