Effective Removal of Free Oils from Your Process Fluids
FILCO’s oil separator is designed for the efficient removal of free oils from process fluids, cooling lubricants, and wastewater. Using a self-leveling suction head and a proprietary electric piston pump, surface oils are gently removed without unnecessarily mixing the fluids.
The result is a cleaner process fluid, improved process stability, and a longer service life for the fluid. The oil separator is manufactured in Denmark and made of stainless steel, with a focus on operational reliability, ease of use, and simple maintenance.

OS-D2 – Compact and user-friendly
The OS-D2 is a two-chamber oil separator with a capacity of 2 liters per minute.
This model is particularly well-suited for systems with small amounts of lubricating oil and a strong emphasis on easy cleaning and maintenance.
