A mobile filtration unit can be easily moved to and between individual machines on a production line. It is easy to connect and operate, and allows process fluids to be filtered directly at each machine.
The mobile filtration unit separates both waste oil and particles from process fluids in a single operation. This makes filtration easy, mobile, and efficient —without the need for a large, centralized filtration system.
The filter unit consists of a compact Band filter and an oil separator and includes many of the same features as a Central systems, but in a smaller, portable design.
In addition to the oil separator and belt filter, the mobile filtration unit is equipped with a return pump, a control cabinet, suction and return hoses, and a container for collecting waste oil.
