This powerful ultrasonic cleaner is designed for the effective cleaning of heavy and heavily soiled components and is particularly well-suited for workshops, tool cleaning, and Metal industry. The machine is constructed of stainless steel and combines powerful ultrasonic cleaning with features that ensure an effective and consistent cleaning process.
The integrated surface skimming removes oil from the process fluid, thereby extending the fluid’s service life, while the raised transducer cassettes ensure that dirt does not accumulate on top of the transducers. The tank and enclosure are fully insulated to reduce both noise and heat dissipation, and the insulated machine cover with gas springs ensures easy and safe operation.
The ultrasonic cleaner is available in five different sizes, ranging from 104 to 508 liters, and can be supplied both as a standard unit and in custom sizes tailored to the specific application. The machine is also designed to accommodate a range of additional options, including a filtration system and exhaust system.
