Endless Band filter TME

Thanks to its so-called deep-bed design, this filter can handle large volumes of liquid.
Self-sending
The belt filter cleans the endless belt using either brushes, high-pressure air, and/or liquid, depending on the application.
Level Sensor
A digital level sensor ensures high performance and effective filtering.
Overflow Monitoring
The belt filter has a built-in overflow monitoring system. In the event of an overflow, the bypass channel ensures that the liquid is directed through the filter instead of overflowing.
Endless Band filter
This Band filter does not use any type of filter paper, which means there is no Consumables during operation.
Construction
Manufactured in Denmark in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive. The belt filter is constructed of 100% stainless steel and features an analog control cabinet.
Endless Band filter TME
High-quality continuous-flow Band filter designed for high flow rates and heavy contamination. Constructed with a continuous-flow belt system that does not use filter paper. The continuous-flow Band filter TME is available for flow rates up to 3,000 l/min.
This Band filter does not use filter paper for the filtration process. Instead, it uses a continuous belt that is cleaned with brushes, high-pressure air, and/or liquid, depending on the application. The continuous belt is available in
various mesh sizes ranging from 30 to 400 microns (µm). The mesh sizes we offer are: 30, 45, 55, 70, 80, 100, 150, 250, or 400 µm.
