THE BRIDGE A/S
At BROEN A/S , cleanliness in production is crucial to the quality of the finished valves. That is why, since 2016, the company has been working with ANMASI A/S on a comprehensive cleaning and service solution.
About BROEN A/S
BROEN A/S is an international market leader in valve technology and has more than 75 years of experience in in-house development and production in Assens on the island of Funen. The company is currently owned by AALBERTS and employs approximately 120 people in Denmark.
Today, the company has 10 industrial washing systems from ANMASI installed in its valve machining and assembly department. The valves produced in this department are primarily made of stainless steel and carbon steel.
The partnership with ANMASI A/S began in 2016, when BROEN A/S was looking for a full-service provider capable of supplying both industrial washing systems and chemicals, as well as handling the ongoing maintenance and servicing of the systems.
The need arose from a desire for a partner who could handle more than just the delivery of equipment, since the company’s own service department was already at full capacity.

The Bridge's Lining
For BROEN A/S , it was crucial that all parts be thoroughly cleaned before further processing. This is especially true for welding and subsequent painting, where even small traces of dirt or oil make it impossible to achieve a satisfactory result.
After machining, the workpieces also undergo a heat treatment process. If any oil remains on the surface, it can become embedded in the pores of the material and thus prevent proper subsequent surface treatment.
Even parts that are not to be welded or painted are therefore also washed, since they are components of valves thatmust be delivered to the end customer completely free of oil and cooling lubricants.

The Solution
Since 2016, BROEN A/S’ challenges with cleaning parts have been resolved in collaboration with ANMASI A/S. We have supplied all of the washing systems for the department, as well as all necessary Consumables.
In addition, BROEN A/S has had a full-service agreement with us for many years, under which we empty and clean their washing stations twice a month and refill them with fresh liquid, so they are always ready for use.
Under this agreement, ANMASI is fully responsible for ensuring that all washing systems on the lines operate optimally and meet the customer’s cleanliness requirements. The advantage of such an agreement is that ANMASI’s technical support and service staff are specialists in washing systems, which ensures that any challenges are addressed and resolved quickly.
All washing systems at BROEN A/S are inline systems, which means they are integrated into the individual production lines during machining or assembly. This eliminates the need for manual handling between the machining center and the washing system.
The complete fleet of machinery from ANMASI A/S at BROEN currently consists of seven continuous-flow washers of the type Beltline , as well as a drum washer and two large washing systems in the robotic cells used for valve assembly.
