Da Brandt Metalindustri A/S udvidede deres produktion og investerede i nye bearbejdningsmaskiner, opstod der behov for at optimere både håndteringen af køle- og smøremidler samt rengøringen af de færdige emner. Sammen med ANMASI Group implementerede virksomheden en samlet løsning bestående af et industrielt vaskeanlæg fra ANMASI A/S og et centralt filtersystem fra FILCO, som forbedrede produktkvaliteten, sikrede en mere stabil produktion og gjorde det muligt at levere rengjorte emner, der var klar til videre bearbejdning hos kunderne.

Brandt Metalindustri A/S is a modern manufacturing company in Galten near Aarhus that produces turned and milled parts for the plastics and Metal industry industries. The company has just under 20 employees and focuses on high quality, continuous optimization, and efficient production.
As part of the company's growth, Brandt Metalindustri A/S has invested in new production equipment and expanded its machine fleet to increase capacity and improve production quality.
Brandt Metalindustri's Challenge
The expansion of production placed new demands on the company’s process equipment. The existing Central systems could only remove overflow oils and automatically dispense coolant and lubricant, but could not handle the increasing bacterial growth in the coolant and lubricant. Therefore, a solution was needed that could improve fluid quality and support more stable production.
At the same time , Brandt Metalindustri A/S saw growing customer demand for cleaned parts that could be painted, glued, or welded directly without further pretreatment. The existing washing equipment could not deliver the required cleaning quality, creating a need for a new solution.
It was against this backdrop that Brandt Metalindustri A/S contacted ANMASI A/S to find a comprehensive solution for both filtering the coolant and lubricant and cleaning the finished parts.

The Solution
As a result, Brandt Metalindustri A/S initially chose to invest in a cleaning system featuring ultrasonic cleaning,a rinse tank, and hot-air drying to address the challenges involved in cleaning the parts. This “ Combiline ” washing system was initially installed along with chemicals supplied specifically for the task by ANMASI A/S. As a result, Brandt Metalindustri can now deliver cleaned and rust-protected parts with such a high level of cleanliness that they can be painted, glued, and welded immediately upon delivery—a significant benefit for their customers.
Da virksomheden havde fået implementeret vaskeanlægget, der fungerede som lovet valgte de at gå videre med et tilbud på vores centralanlæg til filtrering af køle- og smøremidler fra bearbejdningsmaskinerne. Derfor investerede de efterfølgende i et FILCO Masterclean filtersystem med hydrostatisk båndfilter, olieseparator og køler til kontinuerlig filtrering og nedkøling af køle- og smøremidlet, hvilket løste deres udfordringer med bakterietilvækst og samtidig fik de fjernet metalspåner fra væsken, som ikke var muligt med deres gamle anlæg.
In addition to supplying the filter systemitself, ANMASI Group wasalso responsiblefor installing the stainless-steel piping throughout the factory for the supply and return of the coolant and lubricant. This meant that Brandt Metalindustri did not have to handle the installation itself and received both the filter system and the washing system, as well as having everything installed, from a single supplier.
