We know that many production facilities and companies require specialized and customized solutions. With more than 30 years of experience in washing systems, we have built up extensive specialized knowledge that enables us to develop and deliver specialized washing systems and Filtration systems for virtually any type of application.
We offer a wide range of standard solutions for the industry, but we also deliver a large number of custom-built systems every year. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can assess what is possible in terms of washing and filtration early on in the project. We have in-depth knowledge of how liquids, chemicals, and materials behave in a washing system, where they are affected by factors such as temperature, flow, and pressure, depending on the chosen washing technology or filtration solution.
Custom-built system for a major German customer in the automotive industry
As an example of a complete custom solution, we have delivered a project system to a major German customer in the automotive industry. The solution consists of a custom-designed washing system featuring both ultrasonic and rinse washing, as well as a pick-and-place system for automated handling of the workpieces.
We were responsible for the entire delivery, which included, among other things:
- Ultrasonic and rinse washing system
- Pick-and-place system
- Cooling Tunnel
- Reverse osmosis system
