This specially developed hybridAlcohol washer combines the advantages of alcohol-based and water-based cleaning in a single machine. This makes it possible to clean parts using water-based chemicals in a single step when the production process requires it.
The machine is designed for customers whose workpieces need to be cleaned of both common contaminants and larger amounts of inorganic contaminants, such as those found in certain types of emulsions. The combination of these two cleaning principles provides a flexible solution that can be adapted to various cleaning needs.
Like our other alcohol washers, this machine comes with a comprehensive standard equipment package and a user-friendly Siemens control system that allows the operator to select and customize wash programs and monitor the washing process in real time.
