New Video Guide: Get Help with Service and Maintenance

We are now launching a new series of Education & Service videos designed to make it easier for our customers and service technicians to perform routine service and maintenance tasks on our systems.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be regularly posting short and practical video guides on our YouTube channel. Among other things, the videos will show how to perform minor repairs, replace parts, and change filter paper and filter bags. The series will cover both our washing systems and filtration systems.

The purpose of this series is to provide our customers and technicians with a simple and easy-to-understand guide to the tasks that are a natural part of the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the facilities.

The first video is now available

The first video in the series is now live on our YouTube channel. In it, we show you step by step how to empty the lint filter on an ANMASI washing machine. Regular cleaning of the chip filter is an important part of routine maintenance and helps ensure stable operation and prevent unnecessary downtime. The video guides you through the process step by step, making it easy to follow and complete the task.
