Our customer in Sweden, Gjuteriteknik L Abrahamsson AB, specializes in zinc die casting and supplies components to a wide range of industries. With a focus on quality, flexibility, and precision, the company is dedicated to offering its customers complete solutions—from the initial design considerations to the finished product. Production encompasses a wide range of components with varying requirements for machining and surface treatment. Therefore, the subsequent cleaning processes play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and consistency that the company’s customers expect.

To optimize this part of production, Gjuteriteknik L Abrahamsson AB has decided to invest in a new washing solution from Anmasi AB. The goal of the investment is to create a more efficient and stable washing process that ensures thorough and consistent cleaning of the workpieces while optimizing the production flow.

The solution chosen is a Rotoline ST-600 with an automatic conveyor belt designed to handle 2 baskets in and 2 baskets out. The washing system is designed to combine multiple processes into a single compact solution, integrating washing, rinsing, and drying in the same chamber.

Depending on the requirements, the cleaning process can include rinsing, filling, ultrasonic cleaning, and hot-air drying. During the process, the basket containing the parts can rotate 360°, tilt to the side, or remain stationary during washing and rinsing, ensuring flexible and efficient cleaning of various types of components.
