Our compact belt filter which has been developed for mounting on production equipment and CNC machines in the metal industry. Developed for the price-conscious customer who does not want to compromise on the good quality and high degree of filtration that characterizes our solutions.
The compact belt filter is supplied in stainless steel for filtering process liquid, emulsion and oil for solid particles and metal chips. The belt filter is made in a simple and maintenance-free construction and is easy to mount on existing equipment. It is delivered including a machine connection with a pump for sucking up the liquid from your tank and the liquid runs back into the tank via gravity.
Therefore, the belt filter must be placed either on top of your tank or on a stand next to it to ensure that the height of our belt filter is above your edge of the tank.
Including electric control, level sensor, overflow duct and motor for automatic feed of the filter paper.

The bandfilters are produced in stainless steel grade: AISI 304
The electrical level sensor ensures automatic supply of filterpaper during the process.
The bandfilter is constructed focusing on low operation cost, which means we exploit the filterpaper completely.
The bandfilter is hydrostatic which means its more efficient and consumes the filterpaper optimal. Which reduced the operation cost and results in better filtration.
Build-in overflow channel for safe-guarding against a high fluid level.
The bandfilter is produced in Denmark in accordance with the European machine directive.
