MAJOR PRESTIGE PROJECT FOR GIGA CASTING

In 2025, Anmasi Group has truly had the opportunity to leverage the synergy between our three business areas—washing systems, filtration systems, and evaporation—through the delivery of a major project for the automotive industry.

The project began in 2024, in close dialogue with one of our partners who had a customer looking for washing solutions for high-volume production of cast aluminum components. The production volume was so high that it quickly became clear that the process water had to be maintained continuously during the washing process, as the customer did not have the option to stop production very often.

For this reason, Anmasi Group proposed an advanced continuous-flow conveyor washer with vacuum drying, along with a large-scale filtration unit and an evaporation system for recirculation of both wash and rinse water.
