Design Innovation Meets Functionality in Our New Front-Loading Washers

The first two machines in our popular front-loading spray washer series, now featuring next-generation design, are ready for delivery! The new design is inspired by our Rotoline series, which was launched with a design upgrade in 2024 and became a major success. The redesign has been led by our skilled design engineer Steffen, whose attention to detail and functionality has elevated the series to an entirely new level.

The new design is not just for looks – it also brings significant functional improvements, including:

• Clean lines and a simple design for easy cleaning
• Components and equipment integrated into the machine via service doors
• Upgraded spray system that has made maintenance cheaper and easier
• Automatic locking mechanism for the platform and door system – improving operator workflow safely
• Schneider Pro-Face 5.7” touchscreen with energy management for heating and the oil separator
• Energy monitoring of electricity, water and chemicals integrated into the touchscreen
• Designed so all maintenance can be performed from one side and the front
• Rotation sensor on the spray system

Just like when we launched the new Rotoline series with its angled corners – which immediately boosted sales – the same is true for the new front-loading series. We already have four units in production, three of which are sold.

The first machine will be delivered to the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization through the framework agreement that Anmasi Group won in 2024 as part of the modernization of the Danish Armed Forces. The spray washer will be used to clean engine parts and other components in connection with maintance of military equipment.

The remaining machines will be delivered to companies within the medical industry and the green transition.
